How to make diet nutritious?

Postby manika on Wed Jun 25, 2008 3:28 am

Nutritional diet contains vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds, nuts and legumes which are dehydrated beans and peas; these are all foods coming only from plants.

That’s why it’s called a vegetarian diet.

But nutrition comes with healthy food either it is vegetarian or non vegetarian containing egg, chicken, and fatty substances that shows a nutrional diet.

If you want to get more on nutrional diet, you can follow my source http://www.peoples-health.com/eating-li ... right.html

You have gain weight cause you are not getting proper nutrition. In our diet we have excess of calories and less of nutrition. Excess like fried food, white flour, colas, fast food and less of nutrition like protein, vitamins and minerals, fiber, herbs, micro nutrient etc. If you want to increase any nutrition's automatically excess also increases, if you want to decrease excess nutrients also decreases. It is difficult to get balance nutrition and lose weight. If you are serious about losing weight visit ...
